Become a KeyVios Real Estate Agent

Thank you for your interest in joining KeyVios.

Before submitting your application, please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By completing and submitting an application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

To apply as a KeyVios Real Estate Agent, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Hold a valid real estate license required by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, or be eligible to obtain one before joining KeyVios.
  • Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information throughout the application process.

2. Application and Approval

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

KeyVios reserves the right to review, approve, deny, or request additional information from any applicant at its sole discretion.

KeyVios may reject any application that contains incomplete, inaccurate, false, or misleading information.

3. Independent Contractor Relationship

All KeyVios agents are independent contractors.

Agents are not employees, partners, joint venturers, or legal representatives of KeyVios unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.

Each agent is solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining an active real estate license.
  • Paying all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
  • Obtaining and maintaining any required insurance.
  • Paying their own business expenses.
  • Complying with all licensing requirements and applicable laws.

Nothing contained in these Terms & Conditions creates an employer-employee relationship.

4. Agent Responsibilities

As a KeyVios Agent, you agree to:

  • Conduct business honestly, professionally, and ethically.
  • Comply with all federal, Massachusetts, and local real estate laws and regulations.
  • Follow KeyVios policies and procedures.
  • Treat all clients fairly and respectfully.
  • Protect confidential client information.
  • Maintain your real estate license in good standing.

5. Responsibility for Listings and Content

Each agent is solely responsible for all information submitted through the KeyVios website, including but not limited to:

  • Property listings
  • Property descriptions
  • Property prices
  • Photographs
  • Videos
  • Floor plans
  • Documents
  • Marketing materials
  • Contact information
  • Any other content uploaded or published by the agent

The agent represents and warrants that:

  • All submitted information is accurate and current.
  • The agent has permission to publish all photographs, videos, and other materials.
  • No submitted content infringes upon any copyright, trademark, privacy, or intellectual property rights.
  • All listings comply with MLS rules (when applicable), Fair Housing laws, and all federal, state, and local regulations.

The agent accepts full responsibility for the accuracy and legality of all information and content submitted.

6. Website Content

KeyVios provides its website as a platform for agents to market their real estate services and property listings.

KeyVios does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing or information submitted by an agent.

7. Intellectual Property

The KeyVios name, logo, branding, website design, graphics, software, marketing materials, and other proprietary content are the exclusive property of KeyVios.

Agents may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any KeyVios intellectual property without prior written permission.

8. Confidentiality

Agents agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public business and client information obtained while associated with KeyVios.

Confidential information may not be disclosed unless authorized by KeyVios or required by law.

9. Compliance with Laws

Agents agree to comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:

  • Massachusetts real estate licensing laws
  • Federal Fair Housing Act
  • Massachusetts Fair Housing laws
  • Anti-discrimination laws
  • Privacy laws
  • MLS rules and regulations, where applicable

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KeyVios shall not be liable for any loss, damages, claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Information submitted by an agent
  • Property listings
  • Uploaded images or documents
  • Misrepresentations made by an agent
  • Errors or omissions in listing information

Each agent assumes full responsibility for the content they publish.

11. Indemnification

The agent agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KeyVios, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, lawsuits, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of:

  • Information submitted by the agent.
  • Property listings published by the agent.
  • Copyright or intellectual property violations.
  • Unauthorized use of photographs or marketing materials.
  • Violations of applicable laws or regulations.

12. Suspension or Termination

KeyVios reserves the right to suspend or terminate an agent’s access or affiliation at any time if the agent:

  • Violates these Terms & Conditions.
  • Violates company policies.
  • Engages in fraudulent, unethical, or unlawful conduct.
  • Provides false or misleading information.
  • Damages the reputation of KeyVios.

13. Modifications

KeyVios reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Changes become effective immediately upon posting on the KeyVios website.

Continued use of the website or participation as a KeyVios agent constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and applicable federal laws of the United States.

Applicant Acknowledgment

By checking the “Become an Agent” box and submitting your application, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
  • All information you provide is true, complete, and accurate.
  • You are applying as an independent contractor and not as an employee of KeyVios.
  • You are solely responsible for all listings, photographs, documents, descriptions, pricing, and other content you upload.
  • You understand that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into KeyVios.
  • You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, as well as KeyVios policies and procedures.
